MOBILE PET FOODS RETURNS POLICY
Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our service occasionally you may find it necessary to return goods. Below is highlighted our returns policy.
- Any damaged goods should be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damaged or incorrectly delivered goods will be replaced at no extra cost within 7 days of delivery where required.
- Should any product supplied not meet with your satisfaction we will endeavour to collect and replace with an alternative product or issue a full refund within 7 days provided the product is returned unopened and in its original condition.
- This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Should you wish to cancel an order please notify us at least 24 hours before delivery is due. Any notification after this time may result in the delivery being made at cost to the customer.
